A walk round college

On a random walk round college with a camera we discovered such things as the dangers of sheep smoking:

we then decided that a lift would be fun!

butt once we reached the top I realised that it wouldnt be fun to parachute down

although dean still wanted to!

after all the energy of ummm using the lift we need a nice cup of cold water

so on we go all the way back down to the bottom floor and find ourselves in south block

where we discovered shiny lifts!!! much better then the usual ones :)

and took advantage of the fact there mirrored!

after all this excitment we headed back up to class, in the lift .....again

well well well....

Its a tuesday so I have the day off college, but what am I doing, college work, trying to get this website done, wow I wished I worked more at the start of the year, and then I have to do a poster for commnications which is at college and im at home hmmmm nae sure how this is gonna work! ok i have to get on with it!

Christmas! Christmas! Christmas!!

is only 19 days away!!!!!!!! and im so over excited its slightly worrying!!

I would love to start a rant on the true meaning of christmas and how its all become to far removed from the religious side of it(me being christian and all) but I alreday have too many of my friends now calling it commercial holiday instead of christmas hehehe!

this week, I have finished a few assesments and done a suprising amount of work (well for me anyway!!)

I also ended up moving (again!!) I never realised quite how much I hate getting the bus in the morning!

oh well its alot better where I am now and i'm all happy now!!

thanks to the amazing invention of social networking people I didn't think would ever see my personal pages of myspace and bebo apperently found my myspace somehow

lesson for today: to avoid embaresment be careful what you put on these pages!!!

It's been a while

Since my last blog about me, mainly because ive not had time and things have been changing so fast, Ive moved out of my house and now have a place in a town, which is banter I guess. still lacking in a job! oh what a shame.
but apart from that things are going well Im starting to understand college more, and im hoping the assesments I have are going well.

I also had a great weekend which basically involved lots and lots of Guitar hero! which I sat and played whilest waiting for darren to get back from work, it certinaly is a good game and deffinitly passes the time!

but the weekend was good I spent it up in fraserbourgh at darrens which was ace, basically doing the same thing this weekend as well! hes gonna be sick of me soon enough!

Interview With Jane Austin

Walking in looking the picture of perfection, would be today’s interviewee miss Jane Austin at first glance I would say all the rumours are true she really is a beautiful smart young lady and I can’t wait to delve further into her life

A: Hello Jane, Its ok if I call you Jane??

J: Yes of course!

A: Well it’s a pleasure to meet you how’s the new book going

J: well it’s a love story about a poor girl who goes through all the torment of falling in love with a rich guy.

A: I look forward to reading it!

J:I’ll send you a copy!

A: that would be fantastic!

A: so another book about love how’s your mission to find love going?

J: there is someone but I don’t want to talk about it just yet

A oooo must be serious then can we not have an exclusive

J: all Ill say is he’s a man of the church

A: what a lucky guy whoever he is

J: no im the lucky one

A: well I think that’s all I have time for thank you very much for answering my questions

J: that’s quite alright it was my pleasure.

Holiday Revelations

My one week holiday consisted of no sleep and non-stop parties at my friends houses, and well that’s it really, I’ve been everywhere from buckie to Peterhead and Aberdeen to Inverness, I spent way too much money on travel and made some amazing new friends especially people that I never thought I would get to like or become friends with, I also found myself Jobless so I spent a frantic week job hunting (no luck still no job!!) and now I have to start flat hunting, I’ve had a well stressful week not as relaxing as I’d of hoped and (to be honest) I’m kind of glad its over, college takes my mind of everything, and gives me a structure and purpose keeps me on the straight and narrow so to speak, a week off really showed me what a failure I’d be if I was just a bum ha-ha, so I’ve turned over a new leaf and I’m starting a fresh, I’m going To put everything I’ve got into college, and finding a job, then eventually getting my own place. Basically a new better me XD.

I walk towards the light, and there are a group of people stood there, they begin talking to me as my mind wanders off and eventually my brain switches off into a sleep like state.

Another Moment of stupidity

I got in a fight with a huge dog and guess what the dog won!!

I now have bites down my back scratches on my arms and legs

and my arm in a sling with my ligaments tendons ans soft tissue torn and bruised, in my wrist basically my right arm is out of action for a few weeks

(this is the point where you give me sympathy!)

in good news i get a few weeks off work so I'm going to have a great weekend!

Radio 1

Radio 1 started life, with radio Caroline the first pirate radio station with, Tony Blackburn as the DJ of the breakfast show, starting a new era of radio shows, which were all about new music.

The producers of the shows are there to support the presenter of the show and to help select music played, they also organise the interviews and they meet with record companies people like piers who help run jo whileys show. I think it would be a fun job to be a producer because you get to pick the music and you can put a little bit of your own taste into the show

The dj’s of the show like, Chris moyles, Colin Murray, Edith bowman, Sara Cox, Vernon Kay and many more, they are there to keep the show coming, the front man of the show, they are the reason you tune in to listen, because if you don’t like the DJ chances are your not going to stay tuned in just to listen to the music, I don’t think I would like to have this job because I don’t have enough confidence in my own abilities

The play lists are split into three categories, the A getting over 20 plays a week, B which get 10 to 15 plays a week and the C getting about 5 or 6 plays a week, these are decided at board meetings where all the information from the people who have come in to plug the singles, are put together and each track is gone over until a decision is made about which songs should go on each play list, each play list is published weekly and the producers, then pick the songs to play on each radio show.


The reporters are the people who go out on the streets and find out what new people want to hear they then have meetings and decide what they are going to broadcast, the actual news reporters go live on air and read the news that matters to the people.

The radio station does a lot of promotional activities such as going around the country promoting and doing radio shows, from Ibiza to Islington, all in the name of entertainment!!!

This Week

Well i'm supposed to right about somthing good thats happened this week, so I guess i'll have to choose the fact my bursery came in and I can finally stop scrounging off my parentals!

also I guess ive learned alot of new things this week which I always good!

My favourite Music

Well ok My favourite album of the moment (please dear god do'nt laugh!!) has to be Kate Nash madeof bricks ok weird choice for me seen as its usually megadeth, lacuna coil, lamb of god etc.
but there is a valid reason for this change of music genre!!

its a damn good album (whatever you're led to belive) maybe not for some of the actuall songs but the lyrics if you actually listen to them are really good, bit of a guilty pleasure I guess

Im a 16 year old computer geek, who goes to college and does computing well duh! When im not in class, im with my friends (usually in the pub) theyre awesome and keep me alive, I live in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of crazy animals that drive me up the wall, including a llama aye I rock! but thats about it, aye i ken a boring girl, but meh Im me I love it

well I guess thats about it for now but as this is what I have to do in my lesson i'll be back soon enough
